The accommodation is a fully furnished 3 bedroom house, set up a private right-of-way, and back from the beach for privacy. It offers expansive beach, water, and island views from all the living areas, kitchen, decks, and master bedroom.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens out to a covered deck, with gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.

The large open-plan living area with stereo, television, VCR and pool table is ideal for entertaining. The lounge is tastefully furnished, and opens out through wide doors to a large deck with outdoor dining table.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, and ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third has a single bed and two single bunks. There is also a sleeping loft with three single mattresses.

The bathroom has a full sized bath, separate shower, and bush views. Separate toilet.

There is off-street parking for three cars.
